Organisation? More like a constant struggle than a permanent state
-
Does your home currently feel more like an energy drain than a place of power?
-
You stack piles and move them from A to B without reducing the chaos?
-
Do you want to use your time for what's essential and not for searching, tidying up, and getting annoyed by the constant mess in your home?
-
You're about to move and one thing you know for sure: you definitely don't want to take the mess from your current home to your new one.
-
Is your paperwork driving you crazy, not just when your next tax return is due, and you wish it could finally be organized? Whether it's analog or digital.

Get out of constant cleaning mode
And into a home where you feel truly comfortable again. Where you can breathe freely, because you're not burdened by crammed shelves, messy closets and "rooms of horror."
How does it work? Through a clear structure and an organisational system that makes your everyday life easier. By ensuring that you have to search much less and waste much less time tidying up and organising.
More time for the important things
This creates a new feeling about life that can spread to all areas of your life: more ease, more focus on what is essential and what is good for you, more prioritization of things you enjoy doing and less time spent on things that are annoying to you.

Satisfied customers
I'm Carmen and I like to keep things easy for myself.

You think that doesn't fit with a professional organiser? Of course it does! Because what I love about organising is that it gives us space for all the things we enjoy doing. This means that once we approach it systematically, constant tidying up will soon be a thing of the past!
Such a system first needs to be created, and above all, it is not the same for every person, but depends on their personal life situation.
That's why we do this together in my organising coaching, if you like.
We declutter, we tidy up, we create sustainable organisation. And in doing so, we discover what you need to feel comfortable in your home in the long term.
Creating organisation means: making decisions
In my experience, this is often where the biggest challenge lies: What can go? What can stay? What do I really need, and what is just dead weight?
We often get lost in this process and end up sitting amidst old school photos and a box full of unfiled medical bills, without having truly tidied up a single corner.
As a pragmatic minimalist, I'll support you in this process. Without pressure, with plenty of understanding, but also with gentle suggestions on one thing or another. (Perhaps one of those six pairs of black jeans will find a new owner after all!?)

This way we can work together
My offers
The packages are for guidance only. I calculate the actual time required to implement your project fairly and transparently.
Do you only need temporary support, or would you like to find out first if we're a good fit? I also offer my organising coaching on an hourly basis for 60 euros per hour or part thereof.
I charge 0.50 Euros per kilometer driven.
This is how the organising coaching works

1. Free and non-binding initial consultation
That's always the starting point of the coaching. Just send me an email and I'll send you some suggested dates and times.
The initial consultation takes place via video call and lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this call, I'll learn the most important details about you and your organizing project so I can accurately assess whether and how I can best support you. You can also ask me any questions you may have during this consultation, and I'm happy to help you decide which package is best for you.
2. Take your time to decide
After our conversation, you can take your time to consider whether you'd like to work with me. If so, I'll send you a personalised written offer based on our initial discussion. If you accept the offer, we'll then schedule an appointment for an in-person consultation.

3. I'm coming to your house
The coaching takes place in your home.
I know from my coaching experience that it's not always easy to let a stranger into your home, especially if the place feels messy and unwelcoming.
Therefore, it is important to me to alleviate any discomfort you may have at this point: I work completely openly, respectfully and without prejudice, and I bring a warm, humorous manner that ensures relaxation even in unpleasant moments.
4. We begin with the coaching
The practical first step in the coaching process is decluttering. So, we'll start by looking at the current situation. Are we tackling your wardrobe today? Then let's create a big pile of clothes.
In the next step, we categorise. How many sweaters do I have? How many identical T-shirts are in my closet? How many single socks? This creates a basis for the next step of decluttering: What do I really need? What can I let go of without feeling guilty?
I'll be right there with you during this decluttering process, because I know how emotionally charged it can be to let go of things. But this reduction is precisely what's needed so that we can then install a functional, sustainable organisational system – the final step in the coaching.

5. We meet for a follow-up discussion
2 - 4 weeks after our last on-site appointment, we'll schedule a follow-up call. This can take place via video call or telephone. During this call, I'll ask how you're getting on with your new organisational system, and you can ask me any questions if anything has come up in the meantime.
