Order - a constant struggle rather than a lasting state?
-
Does your home feel more like an energy drain than a source of strength and clarity?
-
Do you find yourself endlessly shifting piles from one place to another, without ever reducing the chaos?
-
Would you rather devote your time to what truly matters than to searching, tidying, and feeling frustrated by persistent clutter?
-
Are you preparing to move and know one thing for certain: you do not want to carry the chaos of your current home into your new one?
-
Is your paperwork overwhelming and do you wish it were finally organised, whether in physical or digital form?

Step out of constant cleaning mode
And into a home where you truly feel at ease again. Where you can breathe freely, unburdened by overcrowded shelves, chaotic wardrobes, or so-called “rooms of horror.”
How does it work? Through a clear structure and a thoughtfully designed organisational system tailored to your everyday life. One that significantly reduces the time you spend searching, tidying, and reorganising - so your home supports you, rather than drains your energy.
More time for what truly matters
This creates a renewed sense of ease that extends into every area of your life: greater clarity, a stronger focus on what is essential and beneficial to you, more room for the activities you genuinely enjoy, and far less time spent on the daily hassle.

Satisfied customers
I'm Carmen and I like to keep things simple for myself.

You may wonder whether that aligns with professional organising. It does! Because effective organisation creates space for the things that truly matter. When approached systematically, constant tidying soon becomes a thing of the past.
Every long-lasting organising system must first be carefully developed. Above all, it is never one-size-fits-all; it evolves from your individual life situation, habits, and needs.
That is why we work together in my organising coaching. We declutter, create order and establish systems that last. In the process, we identify what you need to feel genuinely comfortable in your home - now and in the long term.
Creating organisation means: making decisions
In my experience, this is often where the greatest challenge lies: deciding what can go, what should stay, what you truly need and what has quietly become excess weight. All too often, we lose ourselves in this process and find ourselves surrounded by old photographs and boxes of unfiled medical documents, without having meaningfully organised even a single corner.
As a pragmatic minimalist, I support you throughout this process. With no pressure, plenty of understanding, and gentle, well-considered guidance. (Perhaps one of those six pairs of black jeans will find a new owner after all!?)

How we can work together
My offers
Packages are for guidance purposes only. I calculate the actual time required to complete your project fairly and transparently, tailored to your individual needs.
Whether you need temporary support or would like to explore whether we're a good fit first, I also offer my organising coaching on an hourly basis at €60 per hour (or part thereof).
I charge 0.50 Euros per kilometer driven.
How the organising coaching works

1. Free and non-binding initial consultation
That's always the start of our coaching journey. Simply send me an email, and I'll provide a selection of convenient dates and times.
The consultation is conducted via video call and lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this session, I'll gather the key details about you and your organising project to accurately assess how I can best support you. You are also welcome to ask any questions, and I will help you determine which package or approach is most suitable for your needs.
2. Take your time to decide
After our initial consultation, you are free to take the time you need to consider whether you would like to work with me. Should you choose to proceed, I will provide a personalised written proposal based on our discussion. Once you accept the proposal, we will schedule an in-person consultation to begin your organising journey.

3. I come to your home
The coaching takes place in your own home. I understand that welcoming a professional organiser into a space that feels cluttered or chaotic can be challenging.
That is why it's my priority to ensure your comfort throughout the process. I work openly, respectfully, and without judgment, bringing a warm, approachable, and light-hearted manner that helps you feel relaxed—even in moments that may initially feel overwhelming.
4. We begin the coaching process
The practical first step in our coaching is decluttering. We begin by assessing your current situation. Are we tackling your wardrobe today? Then let's create a big pile of clothes.
Next, we categorise. How many sweaters do you own? How many identical T-shirts? How many unmatched socks? This step creates a clear foundation for the decluttering process: what do you truly need, and what can be released without guilt?
I'll be by your side throughout, providing guidance and support, because I understand how emotionally charged letting go of possessions can be. This essential reduction allows us to implement a functional, long-lasting organisational system—the final and most rewarding step of the coaching.

5. We meet for a follow-up consultation
Two to four weeks after our last on-site session, we schedule a follow-up discussion, either via video call or telephone. During this conversation, I'll check in on how you are managing with your new organisational system, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or address any challenges that have arisen in the meantime.
